In order to properly answer your question I need to know more details. In european countries the easiest would be to apply your normal game plan, if you have a working one, on adopted girls of the race of your choise.

In USA the plan would differ depending on what state you live in.

However you do have a good point here. Mostly people tend to go for girls of their own race, maybe because they prefer it but also because they, much like you, think that anything else would be more complicated. It is not, especially middle eastern and asian girls are often more easy if you just apply the correct methods and they come from traditional families. They are often less used to male confrontation and don't have the same developed defence system against it. Also they like it all to be discrete because of their family situation and they somehow seem to really enjoy making a man happy. They are very pleasurable and thankfull for your showing of interest in them and you teaching them about these "forbidden" things. If you have some more odd fantasies to fulfill you are more likely to do it with these girls.
